MelsTouch Collection – Shipping Policy
All orders are processed and shipped directly from MelsTouch Collection. Each item is carefully inspected and prepared to ensure the highest quality before it leaves our facility. Please allow 7 to 14 business days for your order to be processed and delivered. Business days do not include weekends or holidays.
Processing Time
Once your order is placed, please allow 7 to 14 business days for processing before the order ships. Orders cannot be changed or canceled once processing has started.
Shipping Time
After processing, orders typically arrive within 5 to 10 business days depending on your location and the carrier’s delivery schedule. Carrier delays, weather issues, and peak season volume may extend delivery timeframes. These delays are outside of our control.
Shipping Confirmation
A shipping confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order has shipped. Please monitor your tracking status for updates from the carrier.
Shipping Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. MelsTouch Collection is not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address that was provided by the customer.
Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages
Once orders are shipped, responsibility is transferred to the carrier. If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, unclaimed, refused, or delayed packages.
Pre-Order Items
Certain products may be offered as pre-orders. Pre-order items are not immediately available and will ship according to the estimated timeline listed on the product page. Estimated dates are not guaranteed and may change due to supplier or shipping delays. If delays occur, updated information will be sent by email.
If an order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order may be held and shipped together once all items are available. Customers who want in-stock items shipped separately should place a separate order. All pre-orders are final sale and cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed once placed.
International Shipping
At this time, MelsTouch Collection ships within the United States only. If this changes, our policy will be updated accordingly.
