Refund policy

At MelsTouch Collection, we specialize in luxury, premium-quality hair extensions designed to seamlessly blend with textured hair. To ensure each customer receives hair in the best and most hygienic condition, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for any reason. 

This includes :
Change of mind, incorrect length, texture, or color ordered, dissatisfaction with the installed result, or improper care or installation. 

Once the packaging seal is opened, the product can no longer be verified or resold, and therefore is not eligible for return under any circumstances.

Pre Order Items

All pre-order purchases are final sale. Because hair extensions are a hygienic product and are specifically reserved for you in advance, pre-order items cannot be canceled, refunded, exchanged, or returned for any reason. Pre-order shipments follow the estimated timeline listed on the product page. If the timeline changes, updates will be communicated by email.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Every order is thoroughly inspected before being shipped. If you believe you have received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, you must contact us within 5 days of delivery so that we can review the issue.

Include your full name, order number, clear photo or video documentation of the issue, and images of the product and packaging in its unused, unopened, and uninstalled condition. Items sent back to us without written approval will not be accepted.

Shipping and Delivery Policies

It is the customer’s responsibility to enter their shipping address correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an address that was incorrectly entered. Once a package has shipped, responsibility for the delivery is transferred to the shipping carrier. Delivery delays due to the carrier, weather, holidays, or customs are outside of our control.
